Both he and Rob were friendly, professional, and almost ridiculously quick (I don't think I get up and down our four flights of stairs that quickly even when I'm not carrying anything). He was very nice when he called twice beforehand to keep me up to date on when they would arrive. While I was not present at the new place, my boyfriend had high praise for them as well - it seemed like they must have unloaded everything in about 15 minutes and asked him when they were done to look in the van and make sure nothing was left. Everything arrived safe and sound. I honestly couldn't have asked for more and will pass along a link to your company to anyone I know who is looking for movers in the future." Overall Score:10/10

"Paul, As a whole, I'd say the move was ok. Points of note: - we started the day later than expected: although Alon did call to say they were running late, they still arrived later than suggested. Ultimately not a big deal at all since I wasn't on any particular time crunch, it was just a little surprising considering that my conversation with you the day before made it clear your schedule was pretty tight. - a little more attention to the contents of and markings on the boxes, and general care in handling them, would have not only been appreciated but expected. It wasn't very comforting that the very first stack of boxes being carried to the truck was dropped half way down the stairs. Luckily they were not fragile, but other boxes that were either marked as fragile or "PLACE NOTHING ON TOP" or "DO NOT STACK" didn't generally seem to be paid attention to. - some items did unfortunately sustain some damage: the wheels on the metal bed frame were bent on arrival " Overall Score:6/10

"quick and easy. friendly service. when they brought into my apt it wasn't covered. not sure if it ever was but would have been nice if it was wrapped to protect it while it was coming in. altogether a fine job but the couch was light. there were no stairs. if anything i think the price was a bit expensive for that easy of a delivery."
